Where is your bricks and mortar store?

What are your store opening hours?

Monday CLOSED

Tuesday CLOSED

Wednesday 10am - 5pm

Thursday 10am - 8pm

Friday 10am - 5pm

Saturday 10am - 5pm

Are all products online also available instore?

Not all products available online are available instore, and vice-versa; not all products instore are available online. If you are instore and are looking an item that you saw online but you can’t find it instore, please ask a member of staff for assistance as we may have it in the stock room.

 

Can I cancel an order after it's placed?

Yes, provided it hasn't been shipped: in this case the normal returns policy applies.  Please note: a 10% administration charge applies in the event of cancelling an order.

 

What sizes do you carry?

At present we carry sizes 6-16, however we do have plans to expand on this.

 

How do I return an item?

Return your item(s) in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. We’re unable to offer returns on pierced jewellery.

The returns cost must be paid by you. You can return your order via the post office or return provider of your choice, or return In-Store in person.

Don’t forget to keep your proof of postage receipt until your return has been processed. We advise returns to be sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking/signature required on receipt, as Uptown Bibi does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

Return via your chosen method, allow 10 days for your parcel to make it back to us and a further 3-5 for your refund to reach your account.

 

Can I amend/cancel my order?

Amendment: We’re quick at processing orders so if you wish to make an amendment please contact us by email hello@uptownbibi.com ASAP to make the request. There is no guarantee this can be carried out as items are quickly dispatched, so in this instance you will then have to follow the returns policy.

Cancellation: We can attempt to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing, please contact us ASAP to request this but can't be guaranteed! After this time we can't cancel before delivery, but you can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect please contact us ASAP. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted.

 

When will I get my refund?

Depending on the service you used to return, please allow up to 10 working days for your returned parcel to be received by us. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed. Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account.

If you haven't heard from us after 10 working days of sending your parcel back, please contact us by email hello@uptownbibi.com and track your return via the method in which you used to return it.

We strongly advise returns to be sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking/signature required on receipt, as Uptown Bibi does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

 

Can I return items paid with a Gift Voucher?

Of course! Your right to return an item is the same regardless of whether you bought it with a Gift Voucher, a credit/debit card, or a combination of the two.

If you paid for your whole order with a Gift Voucher, then the refund will be credited to a gift voucher and emailed to you ready for you to spend straight away.

If you paid with a combination of payment card and Gift Voucher, we'll refund anything you paid for with your debit/credit card first, and then the remaining amount will be credited to a Gift Voucher and emailed to you ready for you to spend straight away, online and instore!

 

What happens to my refund if my card I used is no longer in use?

Your refund will still go back onto the card used on your order if the card account is still open. When a card is lost, stolen or cancelled, we can still refund that card. We can't refund your order to a different card. If you've not received your refund 10 working days after it was completed by us, please get in touch. Email: hello@uptownbibi.com
